Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be genuinely happy with your Droid Buzz purchase. If something isn't right, here's exactly how our return process works.

Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund to your original payment method. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

How to Start a Return

Email info@droidbuzz.store with your order number and the reason for return. We'll respond within one business day with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — you will not be charged for return shipping in this case.

Exceptions

For safety reasons, we're unable to accept returns on used power banks unless they arrived defective. Unused power banks in original packaging are eligible for return within the 30-day window. Sale items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to post to your statement.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color instead of a refund? Note that in your return request email and we'll process an exchange as soon as we receive the original item back.
